Everyone starts as a shopper. Other roles are added to that same account once an application is approved — you never make a second account.

Products come from independent sellers, so one order can span several of them — you still pay once, and each seller ships their own part.

Rentals are tiered — a day rate, a cheaper weekly rate and a cheaper monthly rate. A long booking automatically uses the better tier, so a month never costs thirty day-rates.

Two kinds: standalone auctions that run for days, and live auctions inside a stream where a host works through lots in real time.

Live shows are shoppable. The Item lineup beside the video holds everything the host is featuring, so you can buy without leaving the stream.

Pick the show type before going live — it decides which controls you get and what viewers can do. Landscape suits demos and desktop viewers; portrait suits phones. Apply for creator access at /apply/streaming.

Ads appear in the shorts feed, the home banner and as sponsored products in the marketplace. The order never changes: fund the wallet, build the campaign, get it approved. A campaign with an empty wallet will not run whatever its status says.

/admin is where the platform is actually run — approvals, money, content and safety.
